A selection of wines that are perfect for an atmospheric barbecue. We start with a frivolous Prosecco from Northern Italy. Then we find the necessary refreshment with the rosé wine from Languedoc from Château La Nègly. Both the white wine of Ventozelo from Douro (Portugal) and the red Tempranillo from Toro (Spain) have had a fine wood maturation and thus have enough spice and texture for grilled fish dishes as a nice grilled steak.
